During labour weekend this year, my group Glenys’ Dancers hired your social hall to hold our Sequence dance workshop. We had close to 90 attendees from Tauranga to Invercargill.

The venue was an excellent choice for our event. It had everything we needed to make this a successful weekend. Many of the attendees commented on what a great venue it was.

Arranging this with the staff was no problem. They answered all my questions and offered us the use of the kitchen as well as the social hall. We were able to move furniture around to suit our purpose. The hall was warm and tidy for our arrival.

The staff members were great to deal with. They helped us with any things that we needed and were always polite and cheerful. We were able to arrange times to suit us and had the hall opened when we needed it.

We were able to make use of the bar and meals as we wished. Having access to food and continuous hot drinks was so easily organised and we only had to ask if we needed more supplies.

We will certainly be looking to use the Social Hall next time it is our turn to run the event. Thank you for all your support and help. It was much appreciated.
